The Flex Z Coilover Kit, by Tein, inherits all the features and quality of STREET FLEX, but with the adoption of a new platform, allows its price to be set at an amazingly low range.

FLEX Z, of course, maintains the long-favored "Made in Yokohama" quality. Full-length ride height adjustment system, used for FLEX Z, enables adjustment of ride height by adjusting the case length without changing the damper stroke length and/or spring pre-load. This has the advantage that the change in ride quality is kept minimal when the height is adjusted.

FLEX Z has the ever-popular 16-level damping force adjustment. By turning the adjustment knob, damping force (stiffness) is adjusted linearly, step by step, to change the ride and handling of the car to suit the driver's needs/preferences.

The Flex Z also includes an Electronic Damping Force Controller (EDFC), allowing drivers to make damping adjustments on the fly.

FLEX Z kit includes upper mounts exclusively designed for each vehicle model - either reinforced rubber mounts or pillow ball mounts. Upper mounts and lower brackets are coated with rich TEIN green powder paint. This powder paint has a high coating film strength, and is highly durable yet is low-pollution due to non-use of harmful solvent.

After the shot-blasting pre-treatment, the patented "2-layer/1-bake" treatment, using anti-rust powder paint, is applied for superior durability and high corrosion resistance.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
