Hours of Operation
We are open from 8:30am to 7:00pm EST 7 days a week.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay (when checking out on Apple devices), Affirm financing, Shop Pay, and cash.
Qualifying for Free Shipping
Standard, free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $250 or more. Expedited shipping will be at cost to the customer.
Our free shipping offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship, via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Please note that many of our items will require a signature when they arrive.
Shipping Turnaround Time
Axion Industries, LLC does not report inventory levels or stock status on our website as part of the normal shopping experience, though most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day.
Orders requiring additional verification may need additional processing time.
Items on “Backorder” are monitored by our support team to ensure your order ships as soon as possible. Please note that backordered items can take as little as 3 weeks or up to 6 months to ship from the manufacturer. As such, any cancellations during the backorder period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
“Custom” items may take as little as two weeks or as much as 3-4 months to produce as it depends on the manufacturer and their timelines for completion.
Expedited delivery needs must be given to us ahead of ordering. This allows us to see whether we are able to accommodate this request (to see if it is in stock). If we can accommodate expedited shipping, it will be at cost to you.
Shipping Transit Times
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on our preferred shipping carrier(s) and their shipping routes. Please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days only (Monday - Friday).
For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website.
NOTE: All carriers deliver within 1-3 days of their estimated timeframe on the tracking number.
International Shipping
Axion Industries, LLC ships packages all over the globe, though if you are not within the lower 48 United States, you will be charged shipping.
These shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments, are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Axion Industries, LLC.
By law, Axion Industries, LLC is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused, rather than pay any importation fees, Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. For more information about international returns, please refer to our Return Policies below the Shipping section on this page.
APO / PO BOX SHIPMENTS
Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will be delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS). Please be aware that USPS has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If it's too large, we are unable to ship it.
Shipping to Non-Billing Address
We offer shipping to alternate addresses for existing customers or verified customers only.
Unlike other online retailers, we do not strictly ship to billing addresses, as long as you are able to verify your transaction.
Please contact us, prior to ordering, so that we can speed up the verification process for you.
Multiple Shipments
Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments, without notification, in an attempt to try and get your products to you as soon as possible. Sometimes, this will show under one tracking code. This is common when one or more items are on backorder.
If you wish to split your order voluntarily, due to an out of stock item, please email support@axionperformanceparts.com and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
Damaged Shipment
If your shipment becomes damaged in transit, please inspect the contents for damage and if it’s found, refuse delivery from the carrier, then email us at sales@axionperformanceparts.com.
Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment.
You must file a claim with Axion Industries, LLC within three (3) business days of receiving the order and once approved, ship back all original products in its original packaging materials within five (5) business days of the approval. Should you fail to meet these requirements, Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to deny the claim. Axion Industries, LLC is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
Approved claims that require a refund will take 7-10 business days to process.
Lost Shipment
If your shipment becomes lost in transit, open an investigation with the shipping carrier, then notify us immediately once you have done that. Please note that oftentimes, USPS requires up to a 30-day waiting period before marking a delivery “lost” and FedEx/UPS can take much longer.
Per our Terms and Conditions, Axion Industries, LLC are not liable for lost shipments and do not supply refunds in this case.
Return Policy
Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds
Policy").
All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy".
When We Will Not Accept Returns
Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products (see "Non-Returnable Items" section below). Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
Returned items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department.
Exhaust Returns
You may return unused exhausts to us within 30 days of your purchase date in its original packaging. However, return shipping will be at your expense as these are costly items to ship.
Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned at the same time. Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.
Non-Returnable Items
When We Will Not Accept Returns

Returned items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:

- Clearance & Other Sale Items
- Custom Orders
- Gift cards
For electronics: Due to the inability to inspect for damage or use, we are unable
to accept returns on these. Please make sure to reach out to us to ensure
you are getting the correct electronic product before ordering.
For open-box, clearance & other sale items, and overstock items: These
items are sold at greatly reduced prices. Therefore, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be issued. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items.
Note that while these items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Axion Industries, LLC and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.
Open-Box and Clearance items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.
For custom items: Axion Industries, LLC also sells unique and/or custom order items that are oftentimes made-to-order and/or are considered special order items. As such, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Note that long lead times, such as 3-6 months, is not uncommon and is not considered an unreasonable amount of time to wait for such an order.
The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering any custom items.
For gift cards: Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Axion Industries, LLC are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. See more in our FAQ for our policies on gift cards.
Refused/Undeliverable Orders
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return. This means all shipping costs, including return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any return-to-sender fees, assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund.
International orders, which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all shipping charges and restocking fees, from the product refund.
If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping, as well as incur additional shipping charges.
Refunds Policy
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment, less the 20%-30% restocking fee, the return shipping fees (see Exhaust Returns for the exception), and shipping insurance. The
refund will usually appear on your method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing policies.
Please keep in mind that only returns, which meet all of Axion Industries, LLC’s conditions and return policy requirements, will be eligible for a refund.
Axion Industries, LLC does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.
Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment, will be charged to the original form of payment.
Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees.
At the discretion of Axion Industries LLC, items purchased from http://www.axionperformanceparts.com will subject to a restocking fee of 20%-30% of the item's purchase price, unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact one of our customer service representatives.
Store credit: In some cases, restocking fees can be reduced if you choose store credit as your method of refund, which will be remitted to you within seven (7) business days.
Order Cancellation
Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:
- Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
you canceled. - Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
straight from them. OR - Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.
The following may NOT be canceled:
- Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
- Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
- Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
RESTRICTED STATE CANCELED ORDERS
Due to some state laws, certain products are
prohibited from being sold in those states and are noted as such at the top of those product descriptions in bold. Due to the limitations of Shopify, it is not readily possible to block those parts from being added to a cart and ordered. However, if you choose to order an item anyway and live in a
restrictive state, we will have to refund you less 10% to makeup for the credit card charges we have incurred for the transaction. Your other option is to opt for store credit for another part. Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
Orders that are already fulfilled are not able
to be canceled and the Returns Policy will apply.
Exceptions to this policy are for Special
Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer. These items may
not be canceled.
Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are periodically given out for annual events, sales, new customers, and/or other occasions at Axion Industries LLC's sole discretion. They may or may not be provided for a period of time.
You may not share, transfer, or sell these coupon codes. If this occurs, Axion Industries LLC retains the right to prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Coupon Code Not Working
The first step is to make sure you've entered the correct information.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash.
Axion Industries LLC Gift Cards are issued and managed by Axion Performance Parts LLC and can only be applied to purchases from www.axionperformanceparts.com
Axion Industries LLC are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission.
Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Product Warranties
Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.
If you recently purchased a product from Axion Industries LLC and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact us for assistance.
Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.
