What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay (when checking out on Apple devices), Affirm financing, Shop Pay, and cash.

Do you offer discount codes?

Discount codes are periodically given out at Axion Industries LLC's sole discretion and are usually for a limited period of time, such as a sale event.

You may not share, transfer, or sell these discount codes. If this occurs, Axion Industries LLC retains the right to prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Do you offer military discounts?

We do offer a military discount! Please contact us to be put on a special list. Identification is required.

My discount code isn't working. What do I do?

The first step is to make sure you've entered the correct information.

If it still does not work, please contact us.

Why did my order come incomplete?

Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments, without notification, in an attempt to try and get your products to you as soon as possible. Sometimes, this will show under one tracking code. This is common when one or more items are on backorder.  

If you wish to split your order voluntarily, due to an out of stock item, please email support@axionperformanceparts.com and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

What is your return policy?

Most unused products sold by Axion  Industries LLC may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund.

To begin a return, please locate your order through Shopify and click on the Return Request button on your order page as we will no longer accept requests through social media. You may need to submit proof that the product is still in its original packaging in order for Axion to accept the return. A restocking fee + return shipment fees will apply (see "What is the process for a refund?" for more on this restocking fee).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC.  Original  shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

I want to return an exhaust or a kit/combo. What do I do?

Returning Exhausts

Per our standard return policy, exhausts may be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. However, return shipping will be at your expense as these are costly items to ship. Please refer to "What is your return policy" for full instruction on how to go about initiating a return.

Returning Products Purchased In a Kit/Combo 

You may only return the entire kit/combo if accepted by Axion (please refer to "What is your return policy" for full instruction on how to go about initiating a return). Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.

When is an order not returnable?

Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.

Returned items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy.

Electronics

Due to the inability to inspect for damage or use, we are unable
to accept returns on any electronic items.  To ensure you are buying the right item, please reach out to us, using the chat box on the bottom right corner of your screen.

Open-box, Clearance/Sale Items & Overstock Items 

These items are sold at greatly reduced prices, which means all sales are considered final. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing these labeled items.

Note that while open box items have gone through a thorough inspection process, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Axion Industries LLC and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

NOTE: Open-Box and Clearance items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

Custom Items

Axion Industries LLC also sells unique and/or custom order items that are oftentimes made-to-order and/or are considered special order items. As such, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Note that long lead times, such as 3-6 months, is not uncommon and is not considered an unreasonable amount of time to wait for such an order.

The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.  If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering any custom items.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may not be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Axion Industries LLC are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission.

What is your refunds process?

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed.

Refunds Back to Your Method of Payment

If you choose a refund back to your method of payment, there will be a 20%-30% restocking fee imposed, along with return shipping fees (see Exhaust Returns for the exception), as well as any customs & duty fees, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with an international shipment. Shipping fees, including shipping insurance are non-refundable.

The refund will usually appear on your method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing policies.

Refund to Store Credit

If you choose a refund back to store credit, we are able to waive the restocking fees, though return shipping fees (see Exhaust Returns for the exception), as well as any customs & duty fees, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with an international shipment will still be at your expense and will come directly out of your refund. Shipping fees, including shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind that only returns, which meet all of Axion Industries LLC’s conditions and return policy requirements (please see "What is your return policy?"), will be eligible for a refund.

What are your policies on store credit?

Promotional Store Credit

Promotional Store Credit refers to any store credit Axion Industries, LLC has assigned to customers through promotional means.  This includes periodic marketing campaigns in which customers can earn credit for participating in related online events, referral programs, and anything else that is NOT related to a refund.

Unlike store credit refunds, which cannot expire, promotional store credit has an expiration date of one year from the date of assignment unless otherwise stated by Axion Industries LLC.

Axion Industries LLC reserves the right to remove promotional store credit programs at any time. They also reserve the right to remove promotional store credit if the store credit assigned was found to be given to a customer who has not abided by all rules and regulations of the online event or program.

Refunds: Store Credit

In some cases, a customer may opt for store credit as a refund, instead of opting for returning the amount to their method of payment.  In this case, all store credit assigned for refund purposes will not have an expiration date and will continue to remain in the customer’s account indefinitely.

How do I use my store credit?

Make sure that you are logged into Shopify with the same email the store credit was issued to.

Add the items to your cart and at checkout, it will auto-apply the credit.

If you choose not to use store credit during the purchase, simply uncheck the box.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled;
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them; OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Made-to-Order items that are custom made for the customer.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.

RESTRICTED STATE CANCELED ORDERS

Due to some state laws, certain products are prohibited from being sold in those states and are noted as such at the top of those product descriptions in bold.  Due to the limitations of Shopify, it is not readily possible to block those parts from being added to a cart and ordered.  However, if you choose to order an item anyway and live in a restrictive state, we will have to refund you less 10% to makeup for the credit card charges we have incurred for the transaction.  Your other option is to opt for store credit for another part.  Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering. 

Orders that are already fulfilled are not able
to be canceled and the Returns Policy will apply. 

Products

What is the difference between Special Order items and Made-to-Order items?

Special Order items are items that may take longer than 3 days to ship. Use the chat feature to get estimated times on parts before you buy. These may be canceled for a fee, so it's best to check with us before ordering.

Made-to-Order items are custom items that are unable to be canceled or returned for any reason as the specs requested would be for your specific car/taste.

Do you sell gift cards?

Axion Industries LLC Gift Cards are issued and managed by Axion Performance Parts LLC and can only be applied to purchases from  www.axionperformanceparts.com

Axion Industries LLC are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. They also may not be returned for any reason, may not be redeemed for cash, and are prohibited from resale.

Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card.

Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

If you recently purchased a product from Axion Industries LLC and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact us for assistance.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. Axion Industries LLC is NOT LIABLE for the outcome of a manufacturer's decision on warranty validity.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

Shipping

Qualifying for Free Shipping

Standard, free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $400 or more. Expedited shipping will be at cost to the customer.

Our free shipping offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, other countries, and items too large to ship, via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

What are your shipping times?

Axion Industries, LLC does not report inventory levels or stock status on our website as part of the normal shopping experience.

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on our preferred shipping carrier(s) and their shipping routes. Please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days only (Monday - Friday).

NOTE: All carriers deliver within 1-3 days of their estimated timeframe on the tracking number.

Orders requiring additional verification may need additional processing time.

Expedited delivery needs must be given to us ahead of ordering.  This allows us to see whether we are able to accommodate this request (to see if it is in stock).  If we can accommodate expedited shipping, it will be at cost to you. 

Do you ship internationally?

Axion Industries, LLC ships packages all over the globe, though if you are not within the lower 48 United States, you will be charged shipping.

These shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments, are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Axion Industries, LLC.

By law, Axion Industries, LLC is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused, rather than pay any importation fees, Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, as well as restocking fees, from your product refund. They may also abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. For more information about international returns, please refer to our Return Policies.

Are you able to ship to APO/PO boxes?

Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will be delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please be aware that USPS has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If it's too large, we are unable to ship it.

Will you ship to an address different than my billing?

We offer shipping to alternate addresses for existing customers or verified customers only

Unlike other online retailers, we do not strictly ship to billing addresses, as long as you are able to verify your transaction, the address it is going to, as well as that you are the rightful owner of the method of payment. ID may be required as proof.

Please contact us, prior to ordering, so that we can speed up the verification process for you.

What are the shipping times for backordered and custom items?

Items on “Backorder” are monitored by our support team to ensure your order ships as soon as possible. Please note that backordered items can take as little as 3 weeks or up to 6 months to ship from the manufacturer.  As such, any cancellations during the backorder period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

“Custom” items may take as little as two weeks or as much as 3-4 months to produce as it depends on the manufacturer and their timelines for completion.  

How can I track my order?

Per the shipping times policies in this section, shipping times may vary. In most cases, you will receive tracking within 1-3 days of placing the order. In other cases, especially for special order items, it may take longer.

It's been three days. Why have I not received tracking yet?

We understand you're eager to receive your order. In some cases, it may take a little longer to ship depending on the warehouse it is coming from, weather delays, as well as if the order is considered a "special order". In the case of the latter, please check the product description to make sure you didn't overlook the "special order" message.

Rest assured, everyone receives a tracking number when it's ready to ship!

I received a tracking email but it hasn't shipped yet. What is happening?

When you receive a tracking email, it is because the label was created and not necessarily because it has shipped. Keep that email handy to follow along.

Do you provide ship insurance?

Axion Industries LLC uses ShipTection to offer shipping insurance as an
add-on option for Axion customers. Shipping insurance reimburses the declared
value of items
 in a package (where applicable) if the package is deemed
lost in shipment or damaged beyond repair
 and is only reimbursable by the
shipper, not by Axion
.

Shipping insurance is non-refundable.

The box my order came in was damaged, what do I do?

If the box your order comes in is damaged, please inspect the contents for damage and if it’s found, do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment.

You must file a claim with Axion Industries, LLC within three (3) business days of receiving the order and once approved, ship back all original products in its original packaging materials within five (5) business days of the approval. Should you fail to meet these requirements, Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to deny the claim. Axion Industries, LLC  is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.  

Approved claims that require a refund back to their method of payment will take 7-10 business days to process, depending on bank processing times.

What happens if I refuse an order or it's unable to be delivered?

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return (please see "What is your return policy?" for more information. This means all shipping costs, including return shipping charges, restocking fees, and any return-to-sender fees, assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund.

International orders, which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees, in addition to return  shipping charges, restocking fees. Axion Industries, LLC reserves the right to deduct these additional costs from the refund. Please see "What is your refunds process?" for more information.

If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping, as well as incur additional shipping charges.

My shipment is lost in transit. What do I do?

If your shipment becomes lost in transit, open an investigation with the shipping carrier, then notify us immediately, with the carrier case number, once you have done that.  Please note that oftentimes, USPS requires up to a 30-day waiting period before marking a delivery “lost” and FedEx/UPS can take much longer.

Per our Terms and Conditions, Axion Industries, LLC are not liable for lost shipments.
