Description

The COBB Turbo Inlet for 2015-2021 Subaru WRX is constructed of cast aluminum, a much needed upgrade over the failure-prone factory piece. The inlet ID has been expanded to 70mm, a 5mm increase compared to stock and the outlet is 2mm larger than stock, matching the factory compressor inlet of 50mm. Features include mounting provisions for either stock or COBB Electronic Boost Control Solenoids, and threaded ports to accept factory sized PCV and EVAP fittings (included). We replace the brittle factory BPV connection with a more robust reinforced silicone coupler to eliminate a common source of air leaks. A captive o-ring is placed on the turbocharger side for leak-free installation.

Flats on either side of the inlet allow for the addition of auxiliary pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc.

Why?

The factory turbo inlet on the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX is made out of hardened plastic and is prone to failure after years of heat cycling. Cracking in the factory piece or connectors can lead to troublesome air leaks that are difficult to diagnose. The COBB Turbo Inlet is more robust and offers a measurable airflow increase over stock.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
