RPG Off-Road has set out to develop a lower control arm for the Raptor that would not only enhance the drive of the vehicle,  but also offer for more versatility to the front end of your Raptor.  The RPG Lower Control Arms features a race-car inspired box construction with all three pivot locations attached via a robust 1.5″ FK spherical bearing that is welded on both the inside and out, totaling over 1 foot of weld on each bearing cup for added strength and security and continued this welding approach to the vast majority of the inside construction.  The arm itself has been tested for years now producing incredible results.  It was developed around a Fox Factory Race Series 3.0 or King OEM Performance Series 3.0, and can be optioned with a Dual Shock Mount to run a Fox or King 3.0 External Bypass shock.

During past years of testing they have learned a great deal about the geometry that was needed for optimum ride performance plus small, but necessary things like incorporating factory like steering stops into the arm to limit the wear and tear on the factory steering box and outboard CV’s. The RPG Off-Road 17-23 Ford Raptor Lower Control Arm Kit will bolt right up on the chassis side of things using upgraded Grade 8 hardware, plus custom machined center-pins tapered to fit the factory knuckle all the while wrapped in a beautiful titanium powder coat to last for the long haul. However, the best and most versatile part of the arm is found sitting on the back side. When bolting up RPG Off-Road Lower Control Arms, you will be able to run a Fox or King 3.0 External Bypass shock. The control is amazing and the damping power is light years beyond any single 3.0″ setup that will ultimately take you into terrain that was otherwise unthinkable. With their new Lower Control Arm and Dual shock setup, jumps that used to leave you cringing, are now nothing more than mellow launching pads keeping you yurning for more. And just like every other part they produce, you will receive the piece of mind knowing that you will be bolting on an arm that has been tested harder than any other arm available now, plus the added security of knowing its backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
