PRIOR TO ORDERING:  Axion Industries is not liable for any issues with installation.  All tunes require a professional, especially in order to troubleshoot any issues.  Should you need assistance, please contact KTuner directly.

NOTE: Free tunes can be downloaded from the KTuner site.

KTuner is for off-road research and development testing only. Every vehicle should be flashed back to factory before being driven on a public road.

What tunes will be included?

  • The stage 0 tune adding 20whp and 35wtq.
  • The stage 1 tune adding 50whp, more in the low-midrange, and 65wtq.
  • The stage 1 dampened low end tune adding 50whp, more in the low-midrange, and dampens low RPM torque.
  • The stage 1 dampened first gear tune adding 50whp, more in the low-midrange, and 65wtq. This tune dampens first gear torque to help with traction.
  • The multi-stage 1 tune is close to factory in comfort mode, stage 0 in sport mode, and stage 1 in +R mode making it easy to switch between tune levels with the mode button.
  • 91+ Octane required, 93 suggested.
  • Our stage 2 is already in development.

Can I get custom tuning done?
Yes. We have included the necessities of tuning to start off this platform without an overwhelming amount of tables. We will be including additional tables with updates.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

If you recently purchased a product from Axion Industries LLC and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact us for assistance.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
