If you’ve upgraded your turbocharger or added more airflow, the Hondata CTR MAF is the best way to ensure accurate measurement of your airflow. When paired with the Hondata Flashpro and the included calibration file, this MAF accurately measures the real airflow your engine is seeing. The MAF sensor is the main load sensor for your engine and controls both fueling and ignition timing. With the Hondata CTR MAF there’s no need to “hack” your tune to account for increased airflow.

The Hondata MAF 500 sensor replaces your Civic Type R (FK2/FK8) MAF sensor to increase the CTR MAF air metering range from 300 g/s to 500 g/s. With a stock MAF sensor you will reach the maximum range with a stock turbo, airbox and bolt-ons. When this happens the fueling becomes inaccurate. The Hondata CTR MAF 500 accurately measures 60% more air with the stock airbox, which allows you to tune up to around 640 hp.

INSTALLATION NOTES

Installation involves unplugging the stock sensor and re-using the same two phillips screws to install the new sensor. A FlashPro modification file is provided with this sensor.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
