Description

Introducing the COBB Front Mount Intercooler upgrade for the 2021+ Ford Bronco! A direct replacement of the factory intercooler, the COBB intercooler offers significantly improved cooling efficiency leading to higher, more consistent power.

Note for MY 2026 only: This product is not for sale in California at this time. Stay Tuned as we work towards CARB approved 50-State status.

This cast aluminum, TIG welded assembly has a core with 53% greater volume than the stock unit. All while mating snugly to the OEM shutter shroud requiring absolutely no cutting, trimming, or permanent modification to the vehicle.

This FMIC was designed in house with attention to detail lacking on other aftermarket offerings. Computational fluid dynamic analysis was used to create the smoothest end tank design which increases flow evenly and resulted in no areas of significant turbulence. The outlet port of the intercooler was also designed with a large chamfer to provide a smooth transition out of the intercooler into the throttle body tube to further reduce turbulence in the system.

It’s no secret that the stock front mount intercooler (FMIC) on the Ford Bronco 2.3L and 2.7L EcoBoost trucks are undersized and can quickly become heat soaked. This causes a reduction in available power. For that reason, an upgraded front mount intercooler is the best hard part upgrade for your 2021+ Ford Bronco!

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
