For nearly 10 years, GrimmSpeed customers have been purchasing GrimmSpeed intercoolers, exhaust products, intakes and boost controllers. One of the most common post-purchase questions that we get from customers is "OK, I've got this great setup, but I know that it needs tuning. Where do I start?" Well, we've finally partnered with the well-respected leader in ECU upgrades, COBB Tuning. We use their Accessport device and software extensively during the engineering and development phase of our projects and are quick to recommend them to our customers, so it only makes sense that for those very same customers, we're able to offer a complete solution.

At this time, Accessports will ship just as they do from COBB Tuning, with the available OTS (Off The Shelf) maps. To make the best use of your GrimmSpeed and COBB Tuning hardware, we still insist that you build a relationship with a tuner that you trust! In the future, we hope to offer custom maps, designed to be used with GrimmSpeed Staged Power Packages and customers that purchase GrimmSpeed products with OTS support will have access to those maps files, free of charge.

And what's looks without brains? More processing power, memory, and storage to flash faster while saving all of your maps and logs. This is your new Accessport.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

If you recently purchased a product from Axion Industries LLC and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact us for assistance.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
