Features:

  • Coil-over suspensions kit with electronically adjustable damping force
  • Industry-first Full Auto Mode is able to automatically adjust the damping force depending on how the vehicle's balance changes, depending on variables, such as road condition and number of passengers.
  • The UP/Down switch has been enlarged and an additional rotary switch has been employed to make complex operations easier.
  • The damping force can be easily adjusted from a controller inside your vehicle (Choose from 96/64/32 levels of adjustment). By utilizing a stepping motor, a maximum of 96 levels of adjustment is possible to finely tune the vehicle setup for your desired ride quality.
  • During map control mode, variables, such as rotational G, acceleration G, and vehicle speed, are taken into account when automatically adjusting the damping force. G can be displayed in realtime and its peak value can be shown as well.
  • Total of 22 presets can be saved. The ADVANCED mode allows complex and detailed management of the damping force.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

If you recently purchased a product from Axion Industries LLC and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact us for assistance.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
