The PRL Motorsports Drop-In Cone Filter is a simple, effective airflow solution designed specifically for late-model Ford Ranger and Ford Bronco platforms equipped with the 2.3L and 2.7L EcoBoost engines. This filter installs directly into the factory airbox, retaining OEM fitment and reliability while improving airflow and serviceability.

Rather than replacing the entire intake system, this design works with the engineering Ford already developed. You keep the factory airbox’s heat shielding and water resistance while significantly improving filtration performance and airflow capacity.

Constructed from oiled, double-layer woven cotton filtration media supported by a stainless-steel mesh structure, the filter is built for durability and repeat use. How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
