ACUiTY's Super-Cooler, Reverse-Flow Silicone Radiator Hoses can help your FK8 to run cooler while using superior materials to help better deal with increased underhood temperatures.

By reversing water flow through the radiator, these hoses actually help your FK8 to cool itself more efficiently. While investigating the overheating issue that affects FK8's in hot conditions, ACUiTY engineers determined that the radiator can reject more heat if the water flow through it is reversed. This is due to how the intercooler rejects heat from charge air and how that heat flows through the lower part of the radiator. In very hot conditions, on cars that also have upgrades like hood venting and an upgraded radiator, water temps were reduced by as much as an additional 4.5°F (2.5°C) after installing these hoses. On totally stock cars, temperature reduction is lower, close to 1°F (0.6°C) in hot conditions.

In addition to this extra cooling power, the polyester-reinforced silicone construction helps the hoses to handle up to 100F hotter temperatures than the stock EPDM rubber hoses. As an added benefit, the kit includes German-style hose clamps that have formed threads and rolled edges to help protect your radiator hoses from the cutting damage that traditional hose clamps often cause on silicone hoses.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
