Axion's Modified Car of October

Our Modified Car of October brings us straight to our state of Arizona, where Nikki's 6th Gen Honda EK Civic has undergone a massive transformation into something truly special.

Per Nikki, "We originally picked up the car back in 2018 to serve as my primary track car. At the time, it had a full interior and a simple B16A2 swap, which I ran for a couple of years at our local Arizona spots like Arizona Motorsports Park and Firebird."

Two years later, in 2020, they were ready to take things to the next level. Nikki says, "A buddy happened to be parting out a 2019 Civic Si, so we jumped at the chance to snag the entire drivetrain. We worked closely with some amazing companies, including Acuity Instruments, Hasport Performance, and KTuner, to adapt the 1.5T L15B7 into the older chassis. Divergent Concepts then handled all the custom fabrication and ECU swap wiring harness work to bring it all together."

As for the future, the only modification they are working on is a fresh engine wiring harness to keep the engine bay looking clean. Beyond that, the car is completely built for action, so the main goal is simply getting as much seat time on the track as possible!
