Get rid of the plastic stock intake manifold for your K24Z7 powered engines and replace it with one of the most popular and affordable intake manifolds for the K Series. 

The RBC manifold can now be a 100% bolt on affair using our new adapter plates and throttle body spacer.  Machined from billet 6061 aluminum, our adapter plate and throttle body spacer feature reuseable o-ring seals that eliminate any chance of vacuum or boost leaks.  Our unique contruction of our adapter eliminates the need for any welding or machining that is usually required to install the manifold.  The only machining that would need done is if you’d like to use the stock 2012+ injectors, a service that we also offer.  If you would like to source a set of 2006-2011 injectors and plugs or plan to use larger injectors such as the Injector Dynamics injectors, then the manifold is truly a bolt on affair.  The throttle body adapter is available in standard bore and 72mm for larger throttle bodies.  

Kit includes:

  • Intake manifold to cylinder head adapter throttle body spacer
  • 3/8 BSPT plug for coolant air assist valve 
  • All necessary o-rings
  • All necessary longer studs and bolts to secure manifold and throttle body
  • All necessary hoses to connect throttle body coolant hoses  

Note:  For 2012+ Injectors to fit RBC manifold, the injector bores must be enlarged.

How fast is shipping?

Most orders placed on a weekday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day. Otherwise, it is common for parts to ship in 2-3 days from order date. Please note that both of these exclude special order items, which are clearly marked on product pages.

What is the returns policy?

Most products sold by Axion Industries LLC are covered by our Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Please note that a restocking fee will apply (see "Refunds Policy" in FAQ).

All returns require written approval from Axion Industries LLC. Original Shipping and return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our shipping refund policy, please refer to the "Refunds Policy" on FAQ.

Does it come with a warranty?

Axion Industries LLC does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products except those that are manufactured by us. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.

If you recently purchased a product from Axion Industries LLC and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact us for assistance.

Our customer service representatives can provide limited support, advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.

If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Unfulfilled, cancelled orders will require a 10%-30% cancellation fee unless you choose store credit (a 5%-15% cancellation fee will apply in this case). This fee is to:

  1. Recover the processing fees for both the order you placed and the order
    you canceled.
  2. Cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer, should the part be coming
    straight from them. OR
  3. Restocking fees, since the part now has to be resold.

The following may NOT be canceled:

  • Orders that are already fulfilled – the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Pre-orders - the Returns Policy will apply.
  • Special Order items that were approved for sourcing by the customer.
  • Items that are on sale and labeled "final sale" during that sale period.
