C.A.R.B. Certified Performance Charge Air Cooler That Supports Up to 750HP

The intercooler should be your first upgrade on any turbocharged EcoBoost F-150. This plug-and-play intercooler is CARB-approved, 50-state legal, and easily installed like stock. Boasting an 83% larger core than stock to provide an estimated 25° Fahrenheit reduction in air temperature and a 30% reduction in pressure drop, it can support up to 750 horsepower (with Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 turbos), all while reusing the stock bolts, hoses, and clamps. CFD optimized end tanks improve airflow through the core by improving turbulent design features found in the stock unit.

  • TIG-welded aluminum construction increases strength and durability for on-road and off-road applications
  • The new drain plug feature allows you to drain condensation from the end tanks without drilling a hole.
  • Core Size Specs: 21" x 5.32" x 9.43"
