Since the early 90's, Thermal has been building exhaust systems for subcompact cars. We've branched out a bit since then, but we were excited when the 2022 Honda Civic Si launched. The 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust expands the tubing diameter to increase performance. Using our True Helmholtz Technology, we allow for straight through exhaust characteristics with drone cancelling mufflers. We elected to build the Helmholtz chambers internally on this model to reduce weight and costs to the end user, while maintaining the exceptionally engineered sound that one expects when buying a Thermal product.

Great experience

I had some questions regarding the exhaust and I got a response quickly via Facebook which lead me to make the purchase. After the purchase, there was a delay in shipping from the supplier and I was informed and provided updates along the way. Great experience and shipping was on time. I purchased for the 23+ Integra and the exhaust sounds great and is imo, the best out there. This is why I only order from Axion!
